My interview today is with Darren J Brookes. He is a dad and a life coach who helps people realize their true potential. He works with men and fathers in particular. He helps bring stability and success into their lives and provides support, encouragement, and connection to resources. We talked about stigmas related to fathering and ways that society can support dads.
